Condition monitoring survey of process water pump P-301 at Boreal Rana was carried out on 12 April 2026 as part of the Q2 predictive maintenance programme (CMMS WO-BRANA-2026-0184). Review process operating data with Boreal Rana operations team to confirm current flow rate vs. pump curve. Consider trimming impeller or installing a bypass valve if pump is significantly oversized for current duty.
4. MONITOR Reduce measurement interval to 30 days. Next vibration survey for P-301 should be scheduled within 30 days (before 12 May 2026), regardless of whether corrective actions have been completed. Update CMMS route accordingly (Asset ID: ERANA-P-301).
